MS 3520 National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Cleveland Branch Records, 1924- 1967 This collection contains office records, clippings, brochures, and other printed materials relating to the NAACP during this time period.

MS 4171 Future Outlook League Records, 1935-1959 This was one of the first African-American organizations in Cleveland to use boycotts to change employment opportunities. The collection contains materials about the organization of the League, as well as clippings, correspondence, and flyers about its activities. |

PG 439 Louis Van Oeyan Photographs Van Oeyan was the first staff photographer hired by a Cleveland newspaper. Major topics in this collection are sports, technology, politics, and entertainment from the early 1900's through early 1940's. |

CEMCO Postcards This series of postcards, produced in the early 1950's depicts African-American culture and institutions in Cleveland. The African-American community had grown substantially by this time and was quite prominent in the city of Cleveland. |

Euclid-Corridor Oral History Project, Cleveland State University
The Euclid Corridor Oral History Project is a collection of recorded interviews which focus on the history of Cleveland. A team of professors, students and researchers at Cleveland State University have conducted oral history interviews to preserve the memories and stories of Cleveland’s past. Sound bites from the interviews will be available for listening along Euclid Avenue as part of the RTA Euclid Corridor Transportation Project. Some of these interviews are part of the web arena for the exhibit, Carl and Louis Stokes from the Projects to Politics, at the Western Reserve Historical Society. Partners in the project are Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, the Euclid Corridor Transportation Project ; Cleveland State University, Department of History; Cleveland Public Art; WCPN - Ideastream; and WVIZ/PBS - Ideastream .
